"Menschheit Leider Doof" – the name says it all. We're the offbeat music studio dedicated with deep passion to the dark, ridiculous, and completely contradictory aspects of the human condition – mercilessly, but as catchily as possible. And because we're so sure of our cause, we've barricaded ourselves in a bunker. Seriously: Who wants to watch the world go up in flames when you can record such wonderful songs about the grotesque failings of humanity down in the cool concrete vault instead?

Our credo is simple: Every little aspect that reveals Homo sapiens in all its lunacy deserves to be sung about loudly. We enjoy standing at the very edge of the action, on our self-constructed stage of irony and keen observation, watching with amusement as humanity repeatedly stumbles blindly into its own misfortune – whether that's the sticky swamps of everyday madness or the magnificent depths of megalomania. We don't waste any time: whether in angry punk riffs, powerful hip-hop beats, cinematic arrangements, or hyperactive K-pop sounds – we irreverently expose every human stupidity and transform it into a scarily beautiful anthem.

Rumor has it that the first tracks weren't created in our shelter by chance, as they address the latest trend in human decline: ultra-fast fashion. While up above, Temu, Shein, and other you-will-see platforms happily sell things the world doesn't actually need in the slightest, down in our bunker, we're poking fun at this madness. A madness the human species is self-absorbedly heading toward, while simultaneously wondering why garbage dumps and climate catastrophes are constantly growing. A true spectacle!

The genesis of this studio goes back to the day we asked ourselves, "Can it really be possible that we're so courageously sabotaging ourselves while singing, dancing, and yelling our way toward the abyss?" Our mockingly benevolent answer was clear: "Of course!" So we sat down - partly laughing, partly stunned - and started writing songs about the silly contradictions of human behavior. That was the triumphant launch of "Menschheit Leider Doof" - the bunker was just the next logical step.

In our productions, you can expect biting lyrics that sometimes sound like a sneer, sometimes like a lashing storm. We delight in shattering illusions, collecting the pieces, and gluing them back together with a healthy dose of sarcasm. In doing so, we continually ask ourselves whether this creature called humanity will one day finally manage to stumble over itself or find a way out of the trap it has created for itself—whatever may be more bizarre.
