Here we rock the stage before falling into bed at nine because we have to pack lunch boxes for the kids the next morning. Our guitarists may not jump off amplifiers as wildly anymore, but they are unbeatable at stowing away groceries. The drummers have the energy of tornadoes - at least until lunchtime, after which they need a power nap. Our rappers spit about life, love and the never-ending battle against knee problems.

While the wild years were once marked by all-night parties, we now plan our jam sessions between parent-teacher meetings and nursing home visits for our own parents. We may no longer have time for daily rehearsals, but we know how to ignite a firework of creativity in every free minute.
